Narman Construction Inc. provides professional consulting, estimating, planning, assessment, and reporting services on a fee-for-service basis. Fees are based on project scope, complexity, travel requirements, and required deliverables. Payment for consulting services is separate from any future construction contract and does not obligate either party to enter into a construction agreement.
